Dr. Brock is the proud owner and principal physician of Debut Aesthetics. After undergraduate studies at University of Toronto (International Relations) and McMaster (Biochemistry), he graduated from Queens Medical School in 1997 and went on to become double board certified in Family Medicine from UBC and subsequently Emergency Medicine from Dalhousie.
In 2014, after 15 years as a staff physician at the busiest ER in Canada, he felt it was time for a new challenge and trained for a career in aesthetic medicine. Over the last 12 years, he has seen more than 45,000 patients for injectable treatments, using only Health Canada Approved products in his practice. He has attended and presented at multiple conferences and events, having spoken for Allergan, Fillmed, Crescita, Revanesse, Prollenium, and has been on the advisory board for Galderma.
He has taught anatomy and filler courses and trained many other physicians in cosmetic procedures. His true passion is taking the time to connect with his patients helping them to achieve their personal aesthetic goals. He will put you at ease with his calm demeanor and sense of humour.
When not in the clinic, he can be found running and biking the trails of North Vancouver, out SUPing in Deep Cove, or searching for powder on Whistler mountain during the winter months with his wife, Jill.
Jill's career has been a journey of growth and transformation. Starting as a French teacher, she transitioned into sales with Xerox before taking on a leadership role, managing over 80 people for a National marketing company. After raising two wonderful daughters—one who has graduated and the other in her final year of university—she’s embarked on phase three: launching Debut with her husband, Dr. Brock.
Outside of her professional life, Jill thrives in the great outdoors. Whether hiking, biking, skiing, playing pickle ball or traveling with her family, she values staying active and creating memories. With a deep passion for lifelong learning and change, Jill brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and welcoming environment to Debut.
Alissa has spent the past year training under Dr. Brock in the area of medical aesthetics; as an RN. She approaches medical aesthetics with a philosophy of enhancing natural beauty, ensuring clients look and feel rejuvenated with a refreshed appearance.
Alissa is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) with Distinction from the University of Victoria in 2001, she worked as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Palliative Care and Oncology. In 2006, Alissa advanced her expertise by obtaining a Master’s in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Toronto. Over the past 20 years, she has served as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in a variety of fields, including Dermatology, Primary & Complex Care, and medical consultation for inpatient psychiatry at BC Children’s Hospital and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia.
Outside of her professional life, Alissa is a dedicated wife and mother of two teenagers. She is passionate about the outdoors, spending her free time mountain biking, cycling, skiing, and hiking.
As Administrative Director at Debut Aesthetics, Nicole brings over 17 years of experience and leadership in the medical aesthetics industry. With extensive expertise in practice operations and patient care, she plays an integral role in shaping the elevated experience you will receive at Debut. She is known for her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
When out of the clinic, her creative spirit—expressed through custom one-of-a-kind jacket designs and time spent on the yoga mat—reflects her belief that beauty is both an art and a personal journey.

After graduating from nursing, she’s been working hand in hand with Dr. Brock for the past 7 years! She’s the ultimate beauty whisperer, effortlessly blending science and style to help clients shine brighter than ever. But wait, there's more—off-duty, she’s a snowboarding sensation, tearing up the slopes with finesse, and a dance floor darling, grooving to the beat with unmatched flair. Back at home, Jenny’s the queen of comfort, ruling her domain alongside her majestic lion-like cat and an adorable army of stuffed animals.
